Chilworth Manor joins Best Western
A few members have recently approached me and asked if Chilworth Manor had been sold? I'm pleased to inform the members we are still very much an independent hotel owned by the same management team. When I first arrived at Chilworth Manor 3.5 years ago we were part of the Classic British Hotel Marketing Consortium, from July 1st 2010 we, as a company opted to move away from the Classic British Brand to the Best Western Marketing Consortium Brand. Our traditional English manor house, set within 12 acres of landscaped gardens, will be called the Best Western Chilworth Manor Hotel, but don't worry, it will still retain it's good looks, charm and charisma that it's regular customers know and love as all Best Western hotels are independently owed and managed.
Best Western are the largest group of independently owned and managed hotels in Great Britain and this change is an excellent move forward for the hotel. As members of the club will not see any changes to the branding of the leisure facility as we're a stand alone club so it's simply business as usual!

Member of the Month
This month we say congratulations to Carla Smithon winning the member of the month for August/September. Carla has been a member with us since February 2008 and has lost an amazing 3 stone in weight through healthy eating, spin classes and gym sessions. Carla has worked hard since October 2009 when a back injury causing small fractures in her vertebrae was diagnosed leading to a supportive brace being worn for a number of weeks.
Carla, the hard work has certainly not gon unnoticed. Well done and keep up the good work!

A warm welcome to Charlee who joins the [ comfort zone spa & beauty team. Charlee joins us from another hotel spa also using the award winning [ comfort zone ] brand and training.
